Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your email accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect emails from one mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email boxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming emails according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
